A lot of people are asking how we compare to a product a made by Goal Zero(TM).  Goal Zero's best product is the Yeti 1250.  Although its an elegant design, and excellent for charging laptops or phones, small fans and led lights for short periods it is essentially a large cell phone charger.  The Yeti 1250 contains 1 (one) 100 amp hour 12 volt battery.  In comparison our smallest system contains 6 215 amp hour batteries, 12 time's the storage capacity.  

Our system is designed to run a whole house, not charge laptops or run fans. Our design is essentially your own power company.  The Budget-Solar 5000M has wheels but is not designed to be moved quickly.  Also, our built in charger is 80 amps allowing a full recharge from 50% in 7 hours or less.  

Yeti 1250 - $1,599.  As a comparison to our 5000-M you get 1,290 MORE AMP HOURS and a much larger inverter for only $600 more.
